The vacuum pug mill is the main professional machinery in the ceramic industry. It is used for preparing clay for bricks and tiles, daily-use ceramics and industrial ceramics. Different molds added at the front end of the clay outlet can extrude various ceramic components. When used on an automatic production line for daily-use ceramics, it can be an automatic quantitative feeder.
Equipped with a shock-resistant vacuum hydraulic gauge with clear scales, accurate and quick readings, safe and reliable. The outlet is finely polished for smooth clay discharge. Through a grid plate, the clay is extruded into thin strips and enters the vacuum pump to produce high-density and highly plastic green bodies from the machine nozzle. Twin-shaft stainless steel spiral blades ensure smooth clay feeding and strong input without overturning. It is more delicate pugging. No coating prevents clay contamination.
