Vacuum pugging without bubbles significantly improves the quality and output of pugged clay.

This product is widely used in ceramic industrial production. When used on an automatic production line for forming daily-use ceramics, it can be transformed into an automatic quantitative feeder. It is mainly used for the preparation of clay for bricks and tiles, daily-use ceramics, and industrial ceramics. By matching different molds at the front end of the clay outlet, various ceramic components and tile-shaped products can be extruded and formed.

The vacuum gauge is designed with shock resistance and can output vacuum values accurately and on time. Stainless steel twin-shaft auger blades are used for pugging. The clay is first cut and then refined in the pugging chamber, resulting in even finer clay quality. The vacuum part is equipped with a filter screen plate to ensure complete vacuum inside the clay and no bubbles in the pugged clay.

Easy to operate with no complicated procedures, improving usability. Novices can also easily control it. The shape and size can be customized. The clay is extruded into thin strips through a grid plate and enters the vacuum pump. High-density and highly plastic green bodies are produced from the machine nozzle.

The clay inlet and outlet are equipped with anti-clay protective covers to ensure the moisture content of the clay, prevent drying, and at the same time avoid dust from falling and contaminating the clay during operation.

Easy to move and place. It adopts universal wheels with brakes. The compressive material is stable, wear-resistant, and has strong load-bearing capacity. It can be easily turned 360 degrees. Moving and handling are smooth and labor-saving, and it is equipped with a brake fixing device.
